We live in a world of ever increasing tensions, traumas and uncertainties. And our psyche takes a toll facing such a world. We respond with anxiety, depression and loss of meaning that damages our sense of self-esteem, leads to conflictual relationships with our partners, children and with ourselves and our environment. The conflicts that arise from living in such a world are internalized and become our working models for life that are problematic, leading to psychological pain and difficulties in life. My work with the clients helps to uncover the sources of conflicts and pain through processing of thoughts and feelings for finding meaning and fulfillment. I use psychodynamic approach that is informed by Interpersonal/Intersubjective and Humanistic schools of psychotherapy as my primary method for therapy.

I have been working with a diverse population of adults, children and adolescents with severe trauma, anxiety, depression and other disorders helping to alleviate psychological pain, and using methods that will make lasting changes.
